Privacy Policy

From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user id, username and avatar. We ask only for your basic profile and permission to add you to our server. We never receive your Discord password or your messages elsewhere.

When you book: the slot you chose, what you asked us to disable, any promo code, the amount paid and the payment method. Optionally an email address, if you give us one.

If you email support: your address, your name if your mail client sends one, and the contents of the conversation.

Your ticket: messages in your Discord ticket are stored as a transcript when the ticket closes, so there is a record of what was done to your machine.

We never see or store your card number, bank details, or payment credentials — those go directly to Stripe, PayPal or Coinbase and never touch our servers.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

A technician sees your screen while you are connected over RustDesk. We do not record the session, and we do not copy files off your machine. Anything a technician notices about your PC stays between you, them, and your ticket.

Close anything private before connecting — we cannot un-see what is on screen.

Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with what it receives.

Booking records and receipts are kept while we need them for accounting. Support conversations are kept so that a later question has context. Unpaid checkout holds are discarded automatically within minutes.

One cookie, for your sign-in session, so you are not asked to reconnect Discord on every page. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Your timezone preference and any referral code are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Ask us and we will tell you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can change your contact email and your session preferences yourself from your bookings page, and remove your email entirely by clearing that field.

Deleting a booking record we need for accounting may not be possible immediately, but we will say so rather than quietly refuse.
