No. The work is on your whole PC, not one game, so the gains follow you into everything you play. Rust just happens to be where most of our customers found us, and it is the game that punishes a badly configured machine hardest.

Yes, stay nearby. We will need you for things we cannot do from our side, like BIOS prompts and restarts, and we will ask questions about how you actually play. It is not a drop-off service.

About 90 minutes, and the slot is yours alone for all of it. Nobody is being worked on alongside you. Expect a few restarts along the way, including one for a clean driver reinstall, where a second monitor may go black until the drivers are back.

Sort your prerequisites at least a day ahead, not an hour before. A clean Windows install is the big one where it is required. We work best on a fresh system with no leftover tweaks or half-finished guides fighting us. Turn up without the prerequisites done and the session may have to be rescheduled, which carries the $20 fee.

You get a 10 minutes grace period. After that the slot can go to someone else, and getting a new one costs a $20 reschedule fee. Moving your slot is free as long as you tell us at least 12 hours ahead. Inside 12 hours, it is the same $20. Just message us in your ticket, and the earlier the better.

Thirty days from purchase. Book and complete your session inside that window or you would need to buy again, so grab a slot while you are thinking about it.

It can. Old tweaks, half-applied guides and abandoned "optimizer" tools leave things behind that quietly fight what we do. That is why a clean Windows install gets recommended so often. Tell us what you have already done and we will work around it.

Because those tools cannot see your hardware. They apply the same list to every machine and hope. Anyone can swap a part; knowing which setting matters on your specific CPU, RAM and GPU is the difference between a good mechanic and a bad one. That judgement is what you are paying for.

Nothing here touches game files or memory, so there is nothing for an anti-cheat to object to. Everything we change is a Windows, driver or BIOS setting, all of it reversible, and you get a file listing what was turned off so anything can go back. Back up anything you care about first, as you would before any work on your system.

A reset wipes the work, and a fresh optimization would be a new purchase. Worth knowing before you decide to reinstall Windows for unrelated reasons a week later.

Refunds are available if you cancel via a support ticket at least 24 hours before your appointment. Once your session starts — or you’re within 24 hours of it — it’s non-refundable, because the service is someone’s time and can’t be handed back. If something’s off after your session, tell us in your ticket; we’d rather fix it than leave you unhappy.
